Whole Linseed Seeds are tough little capsules. They are too tough to digest properly if eaten whole, but once they have been ground or pressed their wonderful nutritional properties are released in the form of either Flax Seed Oil or Flax Seed Fibre, or simply ground Whole Linseed Seeds. Crunchy and delicious with a pleasant taste, Linseed Seeds are packed full of nutrients, Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that are essential for optimum health:

• Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and are an excellent source of the Omega 3 essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)
